Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Renewed State website at https://www.renewedstate.com (“Website”).

 


 

1. Scope and Intent

This policy covers online-only sales fulfilled by our third-party suppliers. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

3. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. You may return your item for any reason, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Unused and Undamaged: Product must be in new, unused condition

  • Original Packaging: Item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required

Note: This policy exceeds California’s requirements for online purchases. The “Cooling-Off Rule” does not apply to e-commerce sales, but we voluntarily offer this extended return window.

 


 

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@renewedstate.com or call 1-888-254-7558 within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Pack securely with all components and paperwork

  • Ship within 7 days of receiving return approval

  • Use a trackable shipping method

 


 

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We cover shipping

  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to high-value items. You will be notified before finalizing the return.

 


 

6. Specific Return Scenarios

6.1 Change of Mind

  • Product must be unused and returned within 30 days

  • Refund issued to original payment method (minus shipping/restocking, if applicable)

6.2 Defective or Damaged

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery

  • Provide photos/video of the issue

  • We'll offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping)

6.3 Wrong Item Sent

  • Notify us immediately

  • We'll cover the return and ship the correct product promptly

6.4 Never Received

  • Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time

  • We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund if confirmed lost

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Cancel for a full refund

  • After Shipment: Follow the standard return process upon delivery

 


 

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Perishables (e.g., supplements)

  • Intimate or sanitary products (unless unopened)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

 


 

8. Refunds

8.1 Conditions

Refunds are processed after item is received and inspected. Items must meet eligibility criteria in Section 3.

8.2 Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

  • May take up to 7 business days to appear on your account

8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned in non-original condition

  • Missing accessories not due to our error

  • Returns requested after 30 days

 


 

9. Exchanges

  • We replace items if defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Shipping Covered for errors or quality issues

  • Change of Mind exchanges incur return + new shipping fees

 


 

10. California Consumer Protections

Under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Civil Code §1790 et seq.), customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are defective, do not perform as advertised, or are unfit for their intended purpose — even beyond the return period.
